A very quick drying single pack nitrocellulose modified with urethane elastomer available in gloss & silk finish.The product is suitable for interior & mild exterior.
As against standard nitrocellulose the product has superior filling & sanding property with less odor nuisance. Finish achieved with this product is excellent.The product has better flexibility than standard N.C. Lacquer

COMPOSITION
Nitrocellulose cotton of mixed molecular wt. Chemical plasticizer and short alkyd uretane Elastomer.
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
The product is best applied by conventional spray although application by brush is possible over a small area. Avoid brush application over a large surface area.
Ensure wood is dry, clean & free from contaminants. Sand the surface with a coarse
( 180) followed by fine sand paper ( 400) along the direction of grains. Dust off the surface & apply a coat of Brietx wood filler if grain filling is required.Allow it to dry for 1 hr & sand off the excess filler & clean the surface.Apply a coat of Britex N.C sanding sealer after thinning with Britex NC thinner . Allow it to dry for 45 minutes. Sand off & clean the surface & apply two coats of Britex NC Hybrid clear after thinning with Britex NC thinner .
Don’t use filler if grain filling is not required. Avoid application of NC products under high humidity to avoid blooming. Also NC products are not advised over enamel. It would lead to lifting of the underneath coat.

STORAGE AND HANDLING
Store in cool, dry condition keeping container tightly closed in accordance with petroleum ( mixture) order, SRO 1929 No 993. & dispose by controlled land fill as per requirement of statutory authority. Don’t empty into drains, sewers or other water courses.
FLASH : Below 20o C, Highly flammable.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND FIRST AID
Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothings such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream.
Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied. Do not breathe vapour or spray.
This product is flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. In case of fire, blanket flames with foam, carbon-dioxide or dry chemicals.
Don’t apply below 10oC
Eyes & Skin : In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with warm
water &wash skin with mild soap and seek quick medical advice. Never use solvent for cleaning the affected areas.
Inhalation & Ingestion : Remove to fresh air, loosen collar. Don’t induce vomiting. Refer MSDS for details.
