Product

An acrylic based copolymer filler containing alkali resisting properties for the filling and smoothening of surface irregularities, hairline surface cracks etc. It helps to produce a smooth and level surface prior to painting.

Coverage : :  Will depend on the quality of the surface & extent of filling required.             However, 3-3.5 m2 per kg per  coat may be considered for reasonably         smooth plastered surface.
Drying Time

:  1 hour 30 minutes @ 30°C

Application Method

Use Putty applicator or Broad blade knife for application. Product can be applied on supply consistency but can be thinned by 5-10% with water for ease of application. Application under proper ventilation & moderate humidity gives best result.

Surface Preparation & System

Concrete, Plaster, Masonry ( New & Unpainted ) Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from all contaminants. Surface must be sound and free from laitance. Remove laitance by wire brush or sweep blast & wipe clean. Apply one coat of Primer Sealer. Allow to dry & apply required quantity of Stucco putty followed by top coats. Don’t use this putty for exterior purpose. For Pre-painted surface loose, flaky material have to be removed by wire brushing or scrapping followed by complete dusting down. Apply a coat of antifungal solution & allow it to dry. Apply a thin coat of stabilizing primer & allow to dry for application of Primer sealer & Putty if necessary.

Storage & Handing

 Storage & Disposal      : Store under cool & dry condition with adequate ventilation. Dispose in land fill as per guidance of statutory authority Don’t empty the cans in drains, sewers or other water bodies.

Shelf life                       : 12 months in closed condition

Safaty Precautions & First Aid
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream.
  • Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied.
