Product

A Matt finish emulsion paint based on Acrylic co-polymer pigmented with light fast and alkali resisting pigments. It is ideal for residential, commercial, institutional surfaces. It is a non-washable emulsion. The product is most suitable for interior use.

Surface Preparation & Application

Concrete, Plaster, Masonry ( New & Unpainted ) Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from all contaminants. Surface must be sound and free from dust and free particles. Remove laitance by wire brush or sweep blast & wipe clean. Apply one coat of Britex PVA Primer. Allow to dry & apply required quantity of Stucco followed by 2 coats of  Britex Plastic Emulsion.

For Prepainted surface loose & flaky material must be removed by wired brush or scrapping followed by complete dusting. Apply one coat of Britex PVA Primer. Allow to dry & apply  Stucco Putty if required, followed by 2 coats of Britex Plastic Emulsion.

Storage & Handling

Storage & Disposal  : Store under cool & dry condition with adequate ventilation. Dispose in land fill as per guidance of statutory authority. Do not empty the cans in drains, sewers, or other water courses.                                                                                                                                       Flash point                  : 25°C                                                                                                                              Shelf life                  : 12 months in closed condition

Safety Precautions & First Aid
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream.
  • Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied. Do not breathe vapor or spray.
  • In case of accidental splashes wash the eyes with water & skin with mild soap & water. Never use solvent for cleaning Skin.
  • In case of inhalation & ingestion expose the person to fresh air & finally consult doctor as quickly as possible.
