Product

Acrylic co-polymer-based primer cum sealer containing alkali resisting pigments / extenders & low particle size emulsion for better penetration on to the surface thus most effectively sealing the surface & improving adhesion of the subsequent coats. The product is compatible with similar products of any origin.

Surface Preparation & Application

Concrete, Plaster, Masonry ( New & Unpainted ) Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from all contaminants. Surface must be sound and free from laitence. Remove laitence by wired brush or sweep blast & wipe clean. Apply one coat of Britex Alkali Resistant Primer. Allow to dry & apply required quantity of Stucco putty followed by top coat.                                                                                                                For Pre-painted surface  loose & flaky material must be removed by wired brush or scrapping followed by complete dusting. Apply a coat of antifungal solution & allow it to dry. Apply a thin coat of stabilizing primer & allow to dry for application of Britex Alkali Resistant Primer & Stucco Putty if necessary followed by top coat.

Storage & Handling

Storage & Disposal              : Store under cool & dry condition with adequate ventilation. Dispose in land fill as per guidance of statutory authority Do not empty the cans in drains, sewers, or other water courses.

Safety Precautions & First Aid
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream.
  • Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied.
