Product

A High gloss enamel based long oil alkyd modified with additives for imparting non-yellowing property. The product contains high percentage of light fast pigments for improved color fastness & high opacity. Special surface additives in the formulation make the product tough and fast drying.

Surface Preparation & Application

For Metal: Surface should be clean, dry and free from all contaminants. Remove rust, if any, by sanding or wire brushing. Wipe it clean & apply one coat of Redoxide / Red oxide Zinc phosphate primer or Britex universal primer. Allow it to dry & apply two coats of Maxi gloss enamel with a gap of overnight between each coat.

For Timber: Surface should be clean, dry and free from all contaminants. Apply one coat of Britex Synthetic wood primer or Britex universal primer followed by two coats of   Britex Max gloss enamel with a gap of overnight.

For Masonry: Surface should be clean, dry and free from all contaminants. Remove free particles if any by wire brush, wipe clean & apply two coats of Britex universal primer. Allow it to dry overnight & apply two coats of Britex Max gloss synthetic enamel.

Storage & Handling

Storage & Disposal : Store in cool, dry condition. & dispose by controlled land fill as per requirement of statutory authority. Don’t empty into drains, sewers or other water courses.

Flash Point               : 40oC

Shelf Life                 : Upto 12 months under sealed condition.

Safety Precautions & First Aid
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream.
  • Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied.
  • Do not breathe vapour or spray.
  • In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with warm water &wash skin with mild soap and seek quick medical advice.
  • Inhalation & Ingestion : Remove to fresh air, loosen collar. Don’t induce

  • vomiting.
