Two component acrylic filler applied before the application of 2k acrylic paints or solvent based basecoats in order to obtain maximum filling and superior finish.

Surface Preparation & Application

  • Surface should be clean from all dust, rust, wax, oil, grease, loose particles, flakes and other contaminants.
  • 2k Filler can be applied over Polyester putty, epoxy primer.
  • Remove dust from the surface.
  • Substrate temperature min: 8°C, max: 35°C
  • Surface to be recoat should be cleaned thoroughly before application. 

Storage & Handling

Storage & Disposal : Store in cool, dry condition. & dispose by controlled land fill as per requirement of statutory authority. Don’t empty into drains, sewers or other water courses. Never keep the lid of hardener pack open.

Shelf Life               : Up to 1 year under sealed condition.

Safety Precautions & First Aid
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothings such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream.
  • Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied. Do not breathe vapour or spray.
  • This product is flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. In case of fire, blanket flames with foam, carbon-dioxide or dry chemicals.
  • Eyes & Skin: In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with warm water & wash skin with mild soap and seek quick medical advice. Never use solvent for cleaning the affected areas.
  • Inhalation & Ingestion: Remove to fresh air, loosen collar. Don’t induce
  • vomiting
