Product

A two component, general purpose polyamide-based epoxy floor coating giving excellent adhesion to concrete surface. Fully cured paint films are resistant to mild solvents, chemical spillage, abrasion, impact, and water.

Recommended Use

For areas requiring wear resistance, dust free and pleasant colour. The product is most suitable for light and medium traffic environment such as warehouse , parking lot, production floor etc

Surface Preparation & Application

Newly plastered surfaces should be allowed to cure for at least 28 days. The surface shall be adequately cleaned and dusted off. All rust, dirt, scales, mortar droppings, and grease should be thoroughly removed. Cracks and other surface damages should be repaired and cured before the application. Surfaces should be cleaned before repainting. Apply one coat of Britex Epoxy Concrete Primer at 40 microns DFT (Dry Film Thickness) followed by 2 coats of Britex Epoxy Floor Coating ( 60 microns each ). For anti-skidding applications aggregates of desired size should be spread soon after the application of first coat of Britex Epoxy Floor Coating.

Storage & Handling

Storage & Disposal             : Store under cool & dry condition with adequate ventilation. Dispose in land fill as per guidance of statutory authority Don’t empty into drains,sewersor otherwater courses. Avoid part use from the Hardener pack & never keep the lid ofhardener packopen.

Safety Precautions & First Aid
  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream.
  • Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied. Do not breathe vapor or spray.
  • This product is flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. In case of fire, blanket flames with foam, carbon-dioxide or dry chemicals.
  • Eyes & Skin: In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with warm water & wash skin with mild soap and seek quick medical advice. Never use solvent for cleaning the affected areas.
  • Inhalation & Ingestion: Remove to fresh air, loosen collar. Don’t induce vomiting
